Application
The hard alloy strip is also called a hard alloy strip plate, and
is mainly prepared by mixing the WC tungsten carbide and the
Co-cobalt powder by a metallurgical method. The component content
of WC and Co in the hard alloy strip of different use is not
consistent, and aplication is widely.
Cemented carbide strip has the feature of high red hardness, good
weldability, high hardness and high wear resistance. It is mainly
used in the manufacture of solid wood, density board, gray cast
iron, non-ferrous metal materials, cold hard cast iron, hardened
steel and PCB, braking materials.During use, the suitable material
cemented carbide strip should be selected according to the use.
Technological process of production of our tungsten carbide
buttons: powder process → formula according to the use requirements
→ wet grinding → mixing → smash → dry → sieving → add binder → dry
again → get the mixture after sieving → pelletize → pressing →
forming → sinter-hip → forming (blank) → blanks checking →
passivating treatment → cylindrical grinding (according to the
customer request) → cleaning → inspection of the finished product →
packaging → entering warehouse.
